We’re on the hunt for a highly analytical growth marketer to optimize the Compose marketing and sales funnel. Our SaaS-based platform for database hosting is used by more than 4,500 paying customers around the world and growing daily.
Compose has grown by leaps and bounds through a 100% online sales model, and we’re looking for someone to help us ramp up our trajectory. You will be playing a vital role by helping Compose continue to grow with a focus on optimizing every step of the marketing funnel. You will help identify which channels are most and least effective, what messages are converting visitors to evaluators and evaluators to customers, and which activities decrease churn.
So what does that really entail? On a day-to-day basis you will be running website and marketing automation a/b tests, develop customer journey maps and personas to identify areas of improvement for different types of users, coordinating content development for testing, helping with marketing automation, running cross-selling campaigns, identifying areas to improve shopping cart effectiveness, and working with our engineers to define in-application tests — or if you have the technical chops, running the tests yourself. We’re a small team; there’s plenty of opportunity to grow and expand the role.
