The Role
作为Ideals新客户发展代表(SDR),改职位base在北京办公室。您的主要目标是发掘并联系中国客户的关键决策者们,帮助公司实现销售目标并推动收入增长。这主要包括潜在客户的开发,和支持M&A社区的活动。我们正在寻找具有B2B销售和谈判技巧的快速学习者,有效地协调和开展Outbound销售活动,为我们的大客户销售经理安排产品Demo会议等。
What You Will Do

    • 市场Mapping 和发掘并联系潜在新客户 通过outbound calls或者其他方式联系潜在客户
    • 在初次接触客户之前进行客户研究
    • 为我们的销售经理安排与客户的Demo会议
    • 主动对客户发起沟通,建立有效和融洽的关系,并与潜在客户保持积极互动
    • 收集有关潜在客户的信息和反馈,确认客户的有效性
    • 积极支持中国市场的其他营销活动 在CRM (Hubspot)系统中记录销售活动
    • KPI: 电话数量、销售线索开发量、Demo会议邀约量和销售额
What We Look For

    • 有至少1~2年开拓新客户的B2B直客销售经验,至少1年outbound销售经验
    • 能够妥善处理客户的拒绝和引导客户
    • 能够快速学习并根据反馈进行调整
    • 能迅速定位新客户以及与客户建立连接和关系
