We currently have an opening for a Sales Rep within our Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas/Fort Worth area.
The Sales Rep position is ideal for a driven, aggressive hunter who is confident in his or her abilities to close deals which will provide an opportunity to make significant commissions.
Responsibilities • Build and grow our customer pipeline. • Turn prospective customers into active customers. • Contact regular and prospective customers to promote products, explain product features, and setup buyer meetings. • Develop strategy and manage Xylobags’ marketing and sales. • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. • Provide prospective customers with product samples. • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following provided leads, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. • Monitor and find trends in market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales. • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports.
Requirements • Must have minimum 2 years established retail sales experience • Must be willing to travel to customer sites
Compensation • Negotiable base plus commission
