As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to support the sales team. This will include but is not limited to processing sales data records, financial information, expense tracking, Salesforce, and sales tools support, as well as day to day support of the teams as outlined in responsibilities.
What will you do?
Salesforce
Salesforce/CRM admin responsibilities
Technical and training support for Salesforce and associated sales tools
Daily Salesforce data input and report processing
Create Salesforce/CRM workflow documentation
Support business analyst reporting as assigned by manager
Create Salesforce/CRM performance reports and dashboards
Detailed documentation for creating and maintaining sales reports and revenue forecasts
Coordination with marketing for effective lead and campaign tracking
RFP and RFI workflow tracking and support
Support research requests for strategic sales planning
Administrative support of the sales team:
Travel and entertainment coordination
Meeting scheduling and support
Management level expense report tracking
Other admin duties as assigned by manager
Assist the sales team on day-to-day tasks and special projects
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What do you need?
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
1-3 years of business administration experience required
Salesforce.com experience required
Basic knowledge of marketing and sales processes (forecasting, marketing campaigns, lead life cycles)
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen & excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization with the proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong analytical, data & project management, and follow-up skills, plus the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
