We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and retaining taxi driver partners, contributing directly to the growth and availability of our services.
Main Responsibilities
Prospecting & Recruitment
– Identify and approach taxi drivers in key locations (stations, airports, taxi stands, high-traffic areas).
– Present the platform’s advantages and convince drivers to join.
– Organize and lead field recruitment campaigns.
– Support new drivers with the registration and onboarding process (documents, app, basic training).
Follow-Up & Retention
– Maintain strong and regular contact with recruited drivers.
– Identify potential issues or reluctance in using the platform and propose effective solutions.
– Implement retention strategies to keep drivers engaged and active.
Development & Reporting
– Meet recruitment targets set by management.
– Submit regular activity and performance reports.
– Share insights from the field on market trends and competitor strategies.
– Participate in local marketing and operational initiatives to boost brand presence.
Required Skills:
– Holder of a high school diploma or higher, any field.
– Eligible for CIVP contract.
– Previous experience in sales, field prospecting, or direct marketing.
– Background in transport, mobility, or logistics is a plus.
– Strong communication and persuasion skills.
– Autonomous, resilient, and results-driven.
– Willingness to travel for local field visits
