We are looking for a Sales Manager in Poland with Neurovascular or Peripheral background to join our team on a permanent basis!

Your Responsibilies
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive market penetration, revenue growth, and sustainable business expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring continuous coaching, performance evaluation, and career growth opportunities.
- Implement effective account segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize sales efforts and maximize business potential across different customer groups.
- Engage directly with key customers and business partners, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize pricing and reimbursement discussions, collaborating with healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies to enhance market access.
- Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to assess competitor strategies, industry trends, and customer needs, ensuring an informed and proactive approach.
- Align cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, finance, and customer service, to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Drive a strong sales culture, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance mindset within the organization.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in sales within Neurovascular or Peripheral is a must.
- Prefered: 2-5 years of successfully managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in account segmentation, sales targeting, and strategic account development.
- Deep understanding of hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive pricing and sales agreements.
- Proven ability to analyze data, forecast market trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within Poland and internationally as needed.
