Seedify is a leading Web3 incubator and launchpad, empowering innovators and builders in the blockchain space. We support early-stage projects with funding, exposure, and go-to-market strategy — helping them grow and succeed in a decentralized future.
We’re looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growth team and support the onboarding of promising new Web3 projects into the Seedify ecosystem.
Role Overview
As a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll help fuel Seedify’s ecosystem growth by identifying high-potential Web3 projects, engaging with founders, and supporting them through the onboarding process. You’ll play a key role in initiating conversations, presenting Seedify’s value proposition, and working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
– Research and identify early-stage Web3 projects across various verticals (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, etc.).
– Reach out to project founders via cold messaging, events, and Web3 community networks.
– Build a pipeline of quality project leads using tools like Slack, Notion and Jira.
Sales Support & Engagement
– Present Seedify’s offerings clearly and confidently to potential partners.
– Handle early sales conversations, gather project requirements, and assess potential fit.
– Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure clear communication and follow-ups.
Onboarding Coordination
– Use Slack, Notion, Jira, and Telegram to help organize onboarding workflows.
– Assist with scheduling, document collection, and internal team coordination.
– Ensure all project details are logged and handed over correctly to the relevant departments.
Web3 Knowledge & Market Awareness
– Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Launchpads, IDO models, and fundraising trends.
– Contribute insights on ecosystem opportunities, project quality, and industry shifts.
What You Bring
– Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups).
– A good understanding of Web3, tokenomics, launchpads, and fundraising dynamics.
– Analytical and Adaptable Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing project viability (e.g., using data-driven insights and relevant tools) and adapting strategies to evolving Web3 landscapes, with a target of improving lead-to-onboard conversion rates.
– Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to initiate conversations with founders, present Seedify’s value proposition, and build long-term partnerships
– Strong web3 connections.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through.
– Comfortable using platforms like Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
– Self-motivated and excited about working in a fast-paced, decentralized team.
Bonus Points For
– Prior experience working at a launchpad, incubator, or blockchain advisory.
– Strong presence on Twitter.
– Familiarity with smart contracts.
– 3-5 years in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably within the blockchain, Web3, or tech startup space, with a proven track record of identifying and converting high-potential leads.
– Familiarity with venture capital and/or fundraising analysis
$2,500 – $3,000 a month
