51Blocks is looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Sales Hunter. As a member of our growing team, you get to develop, build and manage your own pipeline. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and appointment setting to demonstrating our service and closing.
We need someone who will:
- Prospects daily
- Keeps his/her sales funnel full
- Uses a variety of prospecting tools and techniques
- Doesn’t need approval
- Is rejection proof
- Isn’t a perfectionist
- Isn’t intimidated by decision-makers
- Consistently maintains a network of contacts
- Books appointments
What you need to have:
• Proficient speaking to digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, websites, hosting, etc)
3-5 Years of experience in a sales-oriented environment
• Track record of selling digital marketing campaigns or something in the digital space
• Excellent telephone communication skills, and are self-motivated
• The ability to “solution sell” a product or service
• The ability to identify the decision-maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with decision-makers
• High energy, the ability to maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and are extremely goal-oriented
• A professional business manner
• The ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills; knowledge of Sales CRM Systems a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
