At PK Green, we produce bespoke light boxes to help companies market their brand.

We supply custom branded light boxes and lamps to clients in the UK, USA and Europe.

When a potential client contacts us, we create a sales proposal for them, which includes creating a mock-up in Adobe Photoshop.

After the client places an order, we set up the artwork in Adobe Illustrator for printing.

This position will involve:

– Focused work, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT (with a 1 hour break)

– Answering emails and sales enquiries within 15 minutes of receiving them

– Answering emails in English, German, French and Dutch (email templates will be provided for different scenarios)

– Creating mock-ups for clients in Adobe Photoshop (templates provided)

– Setting up artwork for print in Adobe Illustrator (templates provided)

– Sending follow-up emails to potential clients

– Sending invoices and quotations (templates provided)

– Communicating with clients via telephone and live chat

Skills required:

– Written & verbal communication in English, German, French and Dutch

– Adobe Photoshop

– Adobe Illustrator

– Focus and attention to detail

– Strong work ethic, going above and beyond to meet clients’ needs

We are looking for a dedicated individual who would be solely focused on this job during the working hours, going above and beyond when required.

Compensation:

– $15 – $30 per hour, based on skillset and experience

– 7 hours per day of focused work (Monday – Friday)

– A performance bonus is available

This would be a long-term position, with an opportunity for career progression based on performance.
