We’re seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Associate who can help grow the sales pipeline even further and ensure our success in the marketplace. This is a junior to mid-level full-time role designed to allow a talented and motivated individual to grow their career in the exciting and evolving mobility industry.
Strategic and operational responsibilities include 1) Outbound telephone-based prospecting and other select marketing activities; 2) Maintaining call volumes sufficient to qualify leads and grow the sales pipeline; 3) Updating and maintaining the sales database; and 4) Reporting weekly results both quantitative and qualitative.
What You Need to Have
- Exceptional drive and a passion for results;
- Some sales experience is desirable but not necessary
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher);
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer interactions and day-to-day sales activities;
- Charisma, speaking and presentation skills;
- A demonstrated ability to work productively with limited supervision;
- An enthusiasm for / willingness to learn about new technologies, innovative analytics and/or connected mobility;
- A desire to improve global transportation and energy systems and address sustainability challenges;
- Experience and/or a desire to work with startups.

You will report directly to Vision Fleet’s VPs of Business Development and Sales and work closely with the entire sales team.
Salary and compensation
