Role

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic VP, Sales to oversee our sales organization and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, lead and manage high-performing sales teams, and foster strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and increase market share.

  • Team Leadership and Performance Management: Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, training, and guidance to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

  • Revenue Responsibility: Will be directly accountable for meeting or exceeding revenue targets and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Establish and track key performance metrics, analyzing sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.

  • Industry Insights and Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

  • Operational Management: Oversee the operational management of the sales organization, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.

  • Customer Retention: Ensure that customers continue to derive maximum value from sFox products and services, driving both customer retention and business growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the financial services or crypto industry.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client bases, and leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of the crypto market, trading platforms, and regulatory environment.

  • Excellent leadership, management, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and inform sales strategies.

  • Crypto Trading Experience: Experience owning and trading cryptocurrencies or working with crypto trading platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
