AproPLAN is an innovative and ambitious startup that aims to change construction management thanks to its mobile platform app and cloud service.

Job description

As a consultant at AproPLAN, your main tasks will consist of business development in the Netherlands by approaching potential clients, managing client relationships and building your own client base.

You will join a dynamic team of young and ambitious people guided by strong values. You will be in contact with different stakeholders of the construction companies, mainly the bigger players in the market. You will help these companies save a significant amount of time with our construction management solutions.

The Job

Sales – You will be in charge of starting the Dutch market by contacting potential clients and developing productive relationships in order to do business Customer focus – You will showcase the AproPLAN solutions and help customers during implementation, generating more sales opportunities Marketing – You will conduct marketing campaigns and customer outreach Product – You will know our app inside out, and help with competitive analysis Communication – You will communicate with all involved parties in Dutch and in English, both in oral and written format Negotiation – You will develop negotiation skills with clients

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills • Customer focused at all times • Excellent communication skills • Self-starter, hardworking, proactive and organised • Sales-minded and result-oriented approach • First Sales experience • Inspired by the construction industry • FLUENT in English and Dutch • You are a great person with a great sense of humour
