• Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels • Understand agency, advertiser, data and vendor landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; who are the major players, how do they buy, from whom; what are the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction? • Understand and effectively communicate DataXu’s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts • Help develop and execute in-territory or vertically-focused field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation. • Manage complex sales-cycles across our entire portfolio of products and present to Director, VP, and C-level executives the value of our enterprise integration solutions. • Plans, directs and coordinates sales activities, including management of the sales pipeline, for a defined territory • Leverages external relationships and personal network to generate sales leads for territory • Regularly involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing • Oversees and reviews technical solutions to verify the solutions meet and address the specific needs of the client • Responsible for managing demand and quickly “qualifying” opportunities. Builds a reputation for success and sets an example that all sales professionals should emulate • Proven sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations and closing new and existing clients • Interacts with other members of the industry or country leadership team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new revenue
