SMB is looking for experienced Sales on a full-time basis. As a member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible to drive local customer acquisition and revenue goals of Klarity, the company’s leading social big data SaaS solution. It is essential that you have a deep knowledge of the social big data arena and a successful track-record in personally achieving sales and meeting targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans & strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Manage customer expectations & contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes & identify improvements where & when required
- Provide detailed & accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information & data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity & provide feedback to company leadership team & other company functions
- Manage key customer relationships & participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners & to develop key relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in comparable industries
- Established contacts & relationships with potential customers
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers & partners
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
- Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management
- Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time
