At OnTheGoSystems, we are seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist to drive sales for our new SaaS product, designed to be enjoyed by millions of developers. If you excel in a fast-paced, startup-style setting where you can take full ownership of the sales cycle, this role is an excellent fit for you.

What You Will Do
• Prospecting: Identify potential clients using tools like https://www.apollo.io and ZoomInfo.
• Lead Qualification: Research prospects to confirm that our product addresses their needs.
• CRM Management: Organize and track leads and interactions using a CRM; experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Cold Outreach and Follow-Up: Contact potential clients and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
• Product Demos: Present engaging demonstrations highlighting product features and value.
• Closing Sales: Negotiate, respond to concerns, and finalize deals to meet sales goals.
• Post-Sales Follow-Up: Check in with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: You’ve handled everything from generating leads to closing deals and following up afterward.
• Start-Up Experience: You’re comfortable multitasking and finding solutions with limited resources.
• Consultative Selling: You listen closely to clients and recommend solutions tailored to their needs, even when the fit isn’t perfect.
• Technical Knowledge: You can explain product functionality clearly and answer technical questions.
• Persistence: You manage long sales cycles and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Relationship Building: You know how to build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Data-Driven: You rely on data to adjust strategies and report on your performance.
