What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to help manage processes, systems, and data for the revenue functions of Qualio (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success). The Sr. Revenue Operations Manager responsibilities include maintaining all systems for the revenue functions, driving efficiency through automation and technology, and ensuring data integrity throughout the systems. To be a successful Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role and deep experience with GTM processes and systems. You should also demonstrate leadership skills and be able to work well with and influence others across the organization. Ultimately, you will ensure that all revenue functions are in line with the company’s strategic goals.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage and optimize the use of the revenue technology stack including https://www.salesforce.com, Gong, LeanData, Outreach, Dealhub and other tools
  • Assist Revenue leadership in building, documenting, and optimizing business processes
  • Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization
  • Train and support the GTM teams on revenue operations process and tools
  • Create and manage CRM reporting and dashboards
  • Establish and maintain top-tier standards for data integrity and accuracy
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

What skills do I need?

  • 5-7 years experience in Revenue Operations
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, with an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics
  • Salesforce administration experience and ideally a certified administrator
  • Experience with Gong, Catalyst, LeanData, Looker, Hubspot and Outreach
  • Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
