Kazak and Russian – Speaking Content Creator
The Role:
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our brand to life—crafting compelling content that captures attention, informs our audience, and drives engagement across all digital platforms. You’ll help ensure every piece of content reflects our brand’s voice, values, and vision. The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Craft compelling content for a variety of digital marketing channels, including campaigns, emails, and web pages
- Produce eye-catching and engaging social media videos, occasionally featuring yourself as the on-screen talent
- Consistently reflect and communicate our brand identity and core values through all content produced
- Execute campaign-related tasks efficiently by following established templates and workflows
- Write persuasive and engaging copy to boost email open rates and click-through rates (e.g., subject lines, headers, and webinar blurbs)
- Attend company events to capture standout moments and turn them into impactful video content
- Gain a strong understanding of industry compliance guidelines and ensure all content is both innovative and regulatory-compliant
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing team to align on strategy and execution
Main requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services industry will be considered an advantage
- Work portfolio
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Kazak
- Creative and passionate about content creation
- Ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple digital channels
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
