What you’ll do:
• Make and receive calls with new and existing customers to promote additional products and services
• Conduct daily inbound and outbound calls to assist residents with a variety of move-in needs
• Respond quickly and strategically to sales leads to support overall sales growth
• Establish rapport and communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
• Use multiple processing systems, including Salesforce
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering an outstanding experience
• Collaborate with your team to meet individual and group sales goals

Requirements
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Call center experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and an effective communicator
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Skilled in navigating objections and negotiating to finalize sales

Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission
