Included Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding behavioral health team and help elevate the quality of healthcare for people everywhere. We are looking for someone dedicated to supporting patients throughout their care journey and addressing their needs with leading, evidence-based interventions.

In this role, you will conduct video-based sessions to treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral conditions. You will use evidence-based talk therapies to support individuals dealing with anything from short-term interpersonal challenges to long-standing, serious conditions. You will also perform ongoing assessments and create behavioral health treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their best mental health.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments through virtual appointments.
• Perform comprehensive online mental health evaluations and gather relevant medical information, including health histories and mental status exam results.
• Create and implement treatment plans, interpret assessment outcomes, and provide evidence-based therapeutic care.
• Collect, document, and safeguard sensitive patient information, including exam results and medical histories.

Required Qualifications:
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited psychology program by graduation.
• Active, unrestricted PhD or PsyD license in your state of residence.
• Current authorization to practice telepsychology under PSYPACT or actively pursuing approval.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing education and familiarity with evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment; proficient with Chrome or similar browsers.
• Basic experience with Google Suite.
• Ability to use video-conferencing tools and learn new technologies, including telemedicine platforms.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
• Reliable, timely attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work shifts of varying lengths.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Sufficient coordination and dexterity to operate computers and related office equipment.
• Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, such as a laptop or similar device, may be required.
• Ability to interact professionally with leadership, colleagues, and members.

Compensation:
This independent contractor role pays $65 per visit hour in the United States. Your recruiter will provide additional details during the hiring process.
