Instructure is looking for a Regional Revenue Enablement Specialist to create and execute go-to-market and professional skills enablement programs that support Instructure’s go-to-market teams in EMEA as well as contribute to the programs applicable to all audiences globally. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the enablement team, the regional sales, and CX organizations, as well as other Instructure teams including revenue operations, channel operations, product, marketing, and product marketing to design and deliver content.
You are skilled at needs assessment, can align challenges with program objectives, and develop the content needed to support targeted outcomes. You have strong project management skills and can balance priorities, timelines, and project scope. You have highly effective communication skills and enjoy facilitating synchronous enablement sessions.
You will develop an understanding of the solutions (platform, products, services) we offer and how they serve our customers and target markets. You will also support programs aimed at the development and enhancement of essential professional skills for our go-to-market organization.
The definition of success in this role is delivering enablement programs that contribute to and influence the success of teams in EMEA and around the globe.

What you’ll do:
- Create Enablement Programs – Assess needs, then create and deliver enablement programs with a primary focus on Instructure solutions (platform, product, services), Go-to-Market readiness, and professional skills.
- Onboarding Support – Support the onboarding of new members of the Instructure Sales and Customer Success organization by hosting welcome sessions, reinforcing courses and live enablement content, and contributing to the development of new and existing onboarding materials. Support the onboarding of Value Added Resellers (VARs) in the region by scheduling and facilitating meetings and contributing to the review and maintenance of VAR onboarding content.
- Champion Customer Journey Methodology – Help drive the adoption of our chosen sales methodology, WinningbyDesign through teaching and coaching.
- Sales and CX Tools – Support the adoption of existing tools (e.g. https://www.salesforce.com, Clari, Gainsight, etc.) and the adoption of new tools when applicable.
- Performance Metrics – Monitor critical business success metrics. Use these metrics to support project prioritization, inform solutions, programs, and content, and measure enablement impact.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with global enablement, sales & CX, services, marketing, and product marketing to align on the best methods of delivery, the priority of projects, and the schedule for delivery of enablement assets, courses, and live programs.
- Content and Playbooks – Contribute to maintenance and development of playbooks and other enablement content ensuring it reflects the way our EMEA teams go to market. Support the deployment and management of content in HighSpot.
- Live Events: Help organize, develop content, and facilitate sessions and activities at live events such as our annual kick-off or regional team meetings.
What you’ll Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a sales, curriculum/content strategy, services, customer success, or sales enablement role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with learning management systems and learning content creation applications such as Camtasia, Captivate, etc.
- Experience with an EdTech company supporting, selling to customers in these markets, or, as an educator or administrator.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.
- Able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving skills, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines
