At LifeStance Health, we’re committed to building a healthier society by uniting mental and physical healthcare to improve lives. Our mission is to help people achieve better, more fulfilling lives through accessible, reliable, and personalized mental health services—everywhere, every day. It’s an ambitious goal, but we achieve it with an exceptional behavioral health team.

Thank you for considering a career with us. As the nation’s fastest‑growing behavioral health practice, this is an ideal time to join our clinical team.

We offer flexible work schedules, $22 per hour compensation, hybrid and in‑person options, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, EAP, a supportive work environment, modern offices, full administrative assistance, advanced digital tools, and a strong work‑life balance.

Psychometrists play an essential role on our clinical team by supporting licensed psychologists through the administration and scoring of psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Their involvement increases assessment objectivity, expands psychologists’ capacity, enhances service quality, and improves patient access to care.

Responsibilities include administering and scoring assessments, preparing test data summaries, documenting behavioral observations, maintaining testing materials, assisting patients during evaluations, coordinating with psychologists, scheduling follow‑up appointments when needed, managing the distribution and collection of test measures, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Required skills and experience include a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, preferably prior counseling or testing experience, strong assessment abilities, basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel, the ability to help patients—including children—feel at ease, strong written and verbal communication, careful attention to detail, and legal authorization to work in the United States. We are an EEO/Affirmative Action employer and value diversity, inclusivity, and cultural awareness.

Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear regularly, walk frequently, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain visual abilities such as near and far vision, color distinction, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

This position pays $22 per hour. We are actively seeking skilled psychometrists who are dedicated to patient care and committed to high clinical standards.
