Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Director – Corporate Initiatives is an innovative, strategically minded leader who defines and advances the company’s market perspective for cross-segment and high-impact initiatives.
Unlike product marketing roles focused on specific portfolios, this role works across the organization to identify emerging market changes, regulatory shifts, new business opportunities, and other enterprise priorities. It transforms complex, multi-audience initiatives into clear problem statements, strategic narratives, and actionable go-to-market plans.
Initiatives may include regulatory changes (such as TEFCA), new business units (such as Life Sciences), cross-segment solutions, integrated data strategies, and other priorities requiring alignment across several markets and buyer groups.
This role links corporate strategy, product vision, and market execution. The ideal candidate will shape the strategic point of view, determine how initiatives integrate into the business, and collaborate with teams to build execution plans—without direct authority.
Success requires strong influence, diplomacy, and enterprise-level thinking. The right candidate knows how to mobilize teams while balancing resources and ensuring clarity in responsibilities and capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enterprise Strategic Leadership
• Identify and interpret market shifts, regulatory updates, competitive changes, and buyer trends affecting multiple business units
• Partner with leaders across the company to define enterprise problem statements and strategic opportunities
• Build positioning frameworks and narratives that unify cross-segment initiatives
• Go-to-Market Framework Ownership
• Define the go-to-market strategy for complex, cross-portfolio initiatives
• Provide clear direction on segmentation, targeting, messaging, and launch planning
• Collaborate with audience-specific marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
• Determine ownership across marketing, product, sales, strategy, and other teams
• Use AI-enhanced workflows to scale impact, analyze insights, test positioning, explore scenarios, and accelerate quality outputs while maintaining accountability
• Emerging Business and Cross-Segment Initiatives
• Develop market strategies and go-to-market plans for new business units
• Translate regulatory responses (like TEFCA) into market-ready positioning and commercial opportunities
• Support integrated data and cross-continuum strategies with aligned value propositions
• Executive and Stakeholder Partnership
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business and product leaders
• Build alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Corporate Strategy, and others
• Influence diverse teams without direct authority
• Messaging and Positioning Development
• Turn complex initiatives into clear, differentiated value propositions
• Create enterprise messaging frameworks that segments can customize
• Maintain consistent strategic storytelling across markets
• Performance and Optimization
• Define success metrics
• Track performance and market feedback to adjust strategy
• Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong preference for healthcare technology experience across providers, health systems, population health, data, or regulatory environments
• Experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to shape enterprise positioning and influence across business areas
• Experience launching cross-portfolio or cross-segment initiatives
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and market dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation to enhance analysis, accelerate content creation, and improve decision-making with strong judgment
