Your mission:

Collaborate with CI&T to assist clients who seek to transform using the Salesforce platform, leveraging technology as an enabler to provide greater business flexibility and improved customer experience. Be a crucial part of these clients’ digital transformation, essential for delivering value and impact to the business. Enjoy new challenges, contribute and play for the team, and be willing to discover and learn every day;

Responsibilities:

-Manage email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns, including creating target audience segments, message personalization, and scheduling sends.

-Use automation to manage workflow, create and execute campaigns, and evaluate and optimize results.

-Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.

-Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and emerging technologies.

-Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-quality and impactful experiences.

-Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing campaign elements.

-Manage email lists and effectively segment target audiences.

Necessary Skills:

-Creation of automations and file manipulations for data integration.

-Knowledge of Email, Mobile, and Automation studios.

-Knowledge of Journey, Content, and Audience builder.

-Knowledge of SQL and data structures (data extensions and lists) for clustering and base segmentation.

-Agile process: scrum, or other (desirable).

Differential:

-Experience with Marketing Cloud implementation.

-Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.

-JavaScript.

-Conversational English.
