Your responsibilities
• Clinical oversight: Deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care with top‑tier accuracy and patient safety in a fast‑paced mail‑order setting.
• Technology integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G Suite, Slack, our internal app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and more) to ensure a smooth, efficient ordering process.
• Workflow optimization: Operate PACMED blister‑pack machines for adherence patients and coordinate autonomous processes with mobile medical teams.
• Special projects: Support B2B integrations and improvement initiatives that keep our company at the forefront of the industry.
• Excellent communication: Interact with patients and partners empathetically and efficiently, setting a new standard for digital care.

What you bring
• Qualifications: OCP license or equivalent in good standing.
• Technical expertise: You don’t just use Kroll—you’ve mastered it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a plus.
• Technical curiosity: Comfortable navigating digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect.
• Resilience: Strong performance in high‑intensity environments where efficiency is essential.
