Job Description
Partner with Tinder APAC to lead performance marketing
Optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives
Stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to discover new growth opportunities
Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of business signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration
Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations by identifying key insights from campaign performance
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of proven experience in the digital marketing field in the capacity of a Performance Marketing Specialist or a similar position.
Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems
Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A good command of spoken and written English and Korean is mandatory

Partner with Pairs to lead performance marketing
Design, execute, and operate day-to-day user-acquisition campaigns
Optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives
Stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to discover new growth opportunities
Conduct testing and other experiments to evaluate and improve marketing initiatives
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
4+years of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
4+years of relevant work experience marketing mobile apps and/or games
Familiarities with mobile attribution providers (i.e Adjust, Appsflyer)
Familiarities with ad platforms (i.e. Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and key metrics
Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A good command of spoken and written English and Korean is mandatory
