Talkiatry is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for Patient Growth who will play a key role in bringing analytical rigor to the marketing team and collaborating closely with leadership and operational partners. This individual contributor role centers on marketing and patient growth, with responsibilities that include building dashboards and reports, designing experiments, analyzing media performance, conducting growth accounting, and defining KPIs. The analyst will also set tracking requirements and uncover trends and insights that support decision-making and drive growth.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry is reinventing psychiatry by providing care that is accessible, human, and responsible. Founded by a patient and a triple–board-certified psychiatrist, the practice was created to address the challenges patients and clinicians face in receiving and delivering high-quality mental health care.
Every year, 60% of U.S. adults with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated due to lack of access, while 45% of clinicians remain out of network because of low reimbursement rates and heavy administrative burdens. By combining innovative technology with a patient-centered approach, Talkiatry helps ensure patients receive the care they need and allows psychiatrists to focus on practicing medicine.
You will:
• Measurement and reporting: Create frameworks to track growth marketing, lifecycle, and conversion initiatives. Build dashboards for both operational and executive use to monitor KPIs.
• Business analysis: Evaluate workflows to identify risks and opportunities that can improve marketplace performance and resource allocation.
• Campaign performance: Review campaign data, identify patterns, and guide future marketing efforts.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with data, finance, and product teams to tackle complex issues and deliver actionable insights.
• Media optimization: Partner with marketing and finance to enhance media performance and apply learnings across brand and performance marketing.
• Leadership and communication: Present findings to senior executives and founders, with an emphasis on patient acquisition and media spend impact.
You have:
• A bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business operations, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, marketing analytics, strategic finance, or data science
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or similar database languages (such as Snowflake, Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL)
• At least 2 years of business or financial analysis experience using Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, and power pivots)
• Skill with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or ThoughtSpot
• Experience in experiment design and statistical concepts such as causal inference and significance testing
• Background with A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and statistical analysis; media mix modeling is a plus
