About Anyplace
Anyplace is a new kind of rental listing platform. The only one focusing on longer-term stays to help property operators maintain a consistent monthly income while allowing people to move more freely and fluidly. Our platform works with extended stay hotels, co-living, and furnished accommodations from around the globe. Our goal is to connect excellent rental properties with great tenants. How we do that is what makes us different from any other online listing platform.
Anyplace is available in 24 countries and more than 70 cities around the world. Anyplace has raised 8MM in funding from investors in Uber, Blue Bottle Coffee, Thumbtack, Robinhood, and other successful companies.
What you will do
- Generate leads – advanced research method skills online required
- Onboard and train new partners
- Check and update rates & availability
- Conduct listing audits
- Optimize content on existing listings
- Conduct market research
- Create and update sales materials (templates, presentations, forms, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service to our partners
- Support in all department responsibilities as needed or requested
Requirements for the role
- 1-3 years of professional experience working for an OTA, hospitality, and sales company
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Multilingual preferred – English proficiency is required
- Proficient with Google Apps, Slack, HubSpot, Intercom or other CRM services
- Comfortable communicating over the phone, video calls, or in-person
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can shift priorities as needed
- You naturally enjoy working with people to solve problems and execute goals quickly
