As a Partner Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Partner team. You will lead a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team consistently exceeds expectations. Your ability to foster a high-performing culture, develop talent, and achieve subscription and revenue growth goals will be instrumental in our continued growth.
Please note, this is a field based remote role covering the Midlands, and/or South of England (South East, South West).
What you’ll do

    • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
    • Setting the Standard: Set the standard for excellence by ensuring adherence to the single sales process, NEAT methodology, and CRM discipline.
    • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure it provides an accurate view of current opportunities and progress.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
    • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key Partners and ensure a high level of Partner satisfaction.
    • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Recruitment and Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to strengthen the team.
What you’ll bring with you

    • Proven leadership experience in managing field-based sales teams
    • Strong understanding of the accounting & bookkeeping space
    • Experience in using CRM and sales tools
    • Experience in all aspects of people management including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of the team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • A passion for coaching and developing talent
    • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
