We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own and scale our partner marketing function.
At Octopus Electric Vehicles, partnerships mean building long-term, strategic relationships that drive mutual value. We work with a diverse range of organisations, from Employee Benefits to Financial Services, that introduce or refer their clients to our EV solution and help build our brand equity across the UK.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing and Partnerships, leading the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive:
Partner engagement
New partner acquisition
Partner engagement
Referral growth
You’ll be responsible for partner marketing end-to-end, including how we allocate, spend, and optimise budget to drive measurable results.
Own partner acquisition marketing
Plan and execute outbound B2B marketing campaigns to win new partners
Develop messaging, content, and assets that support the Partnerships team in closing deals
Identify high-value partner segments and build targeted acquisition campaigns through channels like outbound email and LinkedIn.
Lead partner enablement
Design and own partner enablement programmes that drive referrals
Build structured email nurture journeys, supporting them through onboarding → activation → growth
Deliver enablement through webinars, email (including automations), training, events, and co-marketing
Own budget & campaign execution
Manage and deploy the partner marketing budget across campaigns and channels
Prioritise spend based on expected impact and performance
Test new approaches and reallocate budget to maximise ROI
Run campaigns end-to-end
Own campaign strategy, execution, and performance reporting
Launch campaigns that generate partner-sourced pipeline and referrals
Use AI to create scalable content and templates to support repeatable execution
Identify and lead co-marketing opportunities with key partners
Use data to drive growth
Analyse partner and campaign performance to identify drop-offs and opportunities
Track results and continuously optimise campaigns
Take a test-and-learn approach to improving engagement and referral output
Work closely with the Partnerships Lead to align on priorities and targets
Own partner marketing planning and bring structure to how we operate
Share clear updates, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders
You have great experience in a partner marketing or channel role
You’ve owned budgets and are confident allocating spend to drive measurable outcomes
You’ve owned and scaled marketing strategies, not just supported them
You’re commercially minded, with a focus on driving pipeline, referrals, or revenue
You’re confident running multi-channel campaigns (email, events, webinars, content)
You’re data-driven and comfortable using performance insights to shape strategy
You’re highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy
You collaborate well with partnerships or sales teams and can influence stakeholders
You bring a strong growth mindset – you test, learn, and iterate quickly
