The Information Systems Department (ISD) mission is to provide solutions, tools and data insights to Contentsquare business teams, enabling them to work effectively and efficiently. Within ISD, the finance applications team is looking for a Product Owner to manage the Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, from end to end. The O2C processes are a major pillar of the finance activities of Contentsquare in a highly international context. They involve multiple applications with a key role on a daily basis: ERP, electronic invoicing, cash collection and a major interface with the CRM. The Product Owner O2C will have a major role to bring more efficiency, automation and mitigate risks in a strong transformation process, with the goal of becoming a highly scalable organization.
What you’ll do

    • Lead and manage the product backlog to build new features, configurations, interfaces between systems, and set up new applications.
    • Partner with business teams, in particular finance Business Process Owners (BPO) to capture and analyze requirements.
    • Prioritize product backlog based on return on investment, efficiency gain, risk mitigation, compliance, etc.
    • Write specifications or user stories with scenarios and/or acceptance criteria for the tech teams (internal or external).
    • Monitor the build and validate the deliveries of the technical teams.
    • Become the digital expert of the order-to-cash processes of Contentsquare and act as a facilitator for business team.
    • Rely on tech teams defining the best solutions to meet business needs and sustainable architecture.
    • Participate to O2C daily smooth operations via ticketing process, user support, issue troubleshooting, training.
    • Keep up to date guides and documentation.
    • Participate to continuous improvements of practices.
What you’ll need to succeed

    • You have at least 5 years experience as product owner, business analyst, consultant or project manager. Including at least 3 years experience working with order-to-cash and customer billing processes.
    • You have demonstrated experiences in ERP with multiple systems interfaced like CRM.
    • You are familiar with collaborating with finance.
    • You have great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business or technical teams.
    • You are autonomous, proactive and you have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge needs in order to develop effective solutions.
    • You are a team player, passionate, open minded but you know how to say “no”.
    • You speak English fluently and ideally French.
    • You have experience in international company.
