As a Chat Agent, your primary mission is to enhance the effectiveness of our sales team of more than 80 members while delivering an exceptional experience to clients and their customers.

Your role includes:
• Providing top‑tier chat communication
• Supporting and guiding team projects
• Developing strong customer connections
• Implementing assigned strategies
• Generating sales through chat interactions

Requirements:
• Completed formal education
• Previous sales experience
• Strong dedication and work ethic
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High intelligence and emotional awareness
• Ability to motivate and encourage others
• Highly driven and professional

Compensation and schedule:
• Base pay plus performance bonuses
• 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
