We’re in need for someone like our Smartpots – geeky, smart and advanced.

You’d be given the chance to improve Click & Grow’s online presence at all levels. As an important member of our team you’d be working alongside with our marketing department and our development partners. Your regular to do list would include:

-Optimising our website & conversions -Online marketing (newsletters, affiliate, SEO etc.) -Analysing data -Working with Magento -Implementing A/B testing -Communicating with partners and clients -Learning new things about e-commerce -Generating awesome ideas & being proactive -This position is perfect for a Marketing Specialist with previous work experience (preferably in a marketing department, an ad agency or an e-commerce company). –

Our HQ is located in Tartu, but we won’t mind if you drop by at our Tallinn office from time to time.
