About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Off-line Media Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our media campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and flawless contract management in a high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: submit contracts to legal, track active agreements, monitor expiration dates, and maintain organized documentation systems
• Handle billing operations: follow up with media vendors, process invoices, and coordinate payment submissions with our finance team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while resolving day-to-day operational challenges
• Create, update, and manage comprehensive media planning spreadsheets and databases
• Handle Out-of-Home (OOH) media planning and location selection processes
• Assist in managing lead generation events focused on our customer segment
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all processes to prevent additional costs and delays
