3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record of new logo acquisition and enterprise sales within digital product engineering, data, and AI services. This role is ideal for a highly connected sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive immediate impact by leveraging an established network of executive-level relationships. Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Pipeline Development
- Own and exceed a new business quota of $4M+ annually through net-new client acquisition.
- Leverage your existing network of CxO and VP-level contacts to open doors and quickly build a healthy, qualified pipeline.
- Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan using cold outreach, referrals, and account-based marketing techniques.
- Create multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, securing meetings with economic buyers and influencing buying decisions.
- Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Operate as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the client’s business goals and aligning 3Pillar’s offerings to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Deliver compelling point-of-view narratives tailored to client industries, backed by relevant trends in digital transformation, product innovation, data engineering, and AI.
- Partner closely with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to co-create and position customized solutions.
- Deal Execution & Forecasting
- Qualify opportunities with rigor, ensuring alignment with 3Pillar’s ideal client profile and solution portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end deal pursuits, from discovery to proposal to contract negotiation, ensuring pursuit quality, pace, and alignment to brand standards.
- Accurately forecast bookings and maintain Salesforce hygiene, ensuring data integrity and executive visibility into deal progression.
- Key Attributes & Skills
- Proven “hunter” mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to guide clients through the ROI and business case for digital investments.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, including selling to matrixed enterprise environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with executive presence and consultative selling capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise or consultative solution selling, with a focus on software, digital services, or product development.
- Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition, preferably with experience selling into mid-market to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Industry experience aligned to one or more of 3Pillar’s key verticals: Healthcare, Media, Financial Services, or Technology.
- Familiarity with 3Pillar Global’s service offerings (or similar competitors in the product development/engineering space).
- Willing to travel up to 50% as needed to meet clients and close business
Preferred skills –
- Prior experience at a product engineering or digital consultancy.
- Deep understanding of modern architectures, data platforms, AI/machine learning, and cloud-native application development.
- Established relationships with senior decision-makers that can drive early pipeline momentum within the first 90 days.
