Job Summary
The Multifamily and Student Housing Account Executive will be a key contributor to Allbridge’s expansion strategy in two of its fastest-growing markets. This role is responsible for driving rapid growth across both new and existing properties and securing new business through a consultative sales approach with Multifamily and Student Housing developers and owners. The ideal candidate is a persistent, strategic hunter with a strong history of exceeding sales goals. This client-facing position requires deep industry knowledge, proven performance, and a robust professional network. The role reports to the Vice President of Business Development for Multifamily.

Successful candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least four years of relevant B2B strategic sales experience. The position focuses on selling smart-building technologies and services such as resident video solutions and community Wi-Fi to Multifamily and Student Housing customers. Key skills include relationship building with major developers and owners, account management, solution-based selling, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, negotiating agreements, and consistently closing deals.

Allbridge operates under a hybrid work model that balances in-person collaboration with remote work flexibility. Some roles may require more on-site presence depending on business needs.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
• Lead national sales efforts to secure major contracts, serving as a trusted advisor to drive revenue and meet sales and profitability targets.
• Participate in contract negotiations, including pricing, features, and installation timelines within company guidelines.
• Identify and qualify new prospects, develop solution-focused sales strategies, and guide opportunities through the funnel to close while meeting activity and revenue goals.
• Work closely with sales and solutions engineering teams to secure complex or technically demanding deals.
• Use consultative selling to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions and proposals.
• Attend industry events and business development functions.
• Complete all required training within designated timelines.
• Demonstrate Allbridge’s core values by treating all clients and colleagues professionally and respectfully.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and consistently deliver high-quality, innovative results.
• Meet with clients both in person and virtually; travel typically accounts for 30–40% of the workweek based on business needs.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration from an accredited institution (or international equivalent); a graduate degree is preferred.
• At least four years of relevant sales experience in the applicable vertical markets. Candidates with experience selling technology infrastructure into Multifamily and Student Housing are strongly preferred. Familiarity with technologies such as community Wi-Fi, low-voltage systems, access control, and ERRCS is beneficial.
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and make data-driven decisions.
• A well-established network of C-level contacts within the Multifamily and Student Housing sectors.
• General understanding of construction management, with preference given to those with expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience using prospecting and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BuildCentral, ConstructConnect, and Salesforce; adaptable and quick to learn new tools.
• Strong communication, customer service, forecasting, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Project.
• Intermediate Salesforce experience is a plus.
