We at AirStream is looking to hire a full time marketing executive to join us in our Waterloo office.
Marketing executive will be responsible for all our marketing activities or simply put all our inorganic growth. Following would be some of our requirements / skillsets we are expecting:
SEO / SEM: Optimizing for keywords. Reduce conversion cost. Work out strategies to gather traffic to our app or website by reaching out vertically or horizontally.
Content Strategy: Help us formulate a content strategy. This might include working with a set of Freelancers to create content which can be used in our blogs, PR, advertisements, Social Media, branding, SEO purposes, etc. Contents can vary from articles, slideshare ppts, youtube videos, graphic images, and so on. And will have to be created in different languages (we have audience from all over the world)
PR: reach out to Journalists to spread our story. Build new relationships. Work with Freelance bloggers from different countries/languages, to get their tech media to write about us
Ads:Exp with Google Adwords, Facebook ads, banner ads. Optimizing for ROI
Campaigns: create and handle small campaigns / competitions to engage people and spread word about AirStream.
Social Media: formulate a social media strategy for us.
Some qualities we are specifically looking for:
- Goal / Target driven approach to get Downloads
- Eat, sleep and drink Analytics and Data (we will offer free Pizza)
- Engage with our users, understand their needs & communicate the same to our Product team.
- Team player: This role might involve working with set of freelancers / part timers to get things done fast.
- Capable of recruiting or hiring freelancers / part timers based on the requirement
- Should have a understanding of the market, where it is headed, etc.
