About the position:
Are you adept at problem-solving and able to provide a high level of service to colleagues and members? As a Panel Administrator you will be integral in fostering and maintaining high engagement and strong cooperation from Nielsen’s panel members in Denmark.
The Panel Administrator maintains a close relationship with individual panel members as well as field technicians in order to ensure smooth and efficient data collection from the panel.
Responsibilities:

    • Provide clear and effective telephone and written support for both panel members and Nielsen field technicians.
    • Ensure that information in databases is accurate, valid and up to date.
    • Ensure that data received from participating households adheres to quality control standards.
    • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
    • Manage projects from start to finish (ideation/initiation to execution and evaluation), that can improve overall data quality and efficiency.
Key Competencies:

    • University degree (preferably long-term higher education programme) within fields such as business administration, sociology, media studies.
    • Able to speak Danish fluently
    • Analytical skills and an ability to work with data in a structured manner.
    • Able to drive continuous process improvements. A good understanding of media usage habits.
    • Advanced knowledge of the ever-changing media landscape.
    • Have a good sense for Tone of Voice when communicating with panel members.
    • Able to speak and communicate in English
    • Nice to have :
    • General good IT skills (e.g. Google Sheets/Excel)
    • Adept at understanding and learning to use new IT systems and applications.
