The Zenkraft Market response representative (MRR) is an entry-level, full-time sales and marketing role that is responsible for inbound sales and marketing support. Duties of the MRR include:

Responding in real time to hits to the Zenkraft listings on the https://www.salesforce.com/de/?ir=1 Appexchange and inbound requests from website
Cleaning and de-duplicating data in the Zenkraft CRM system
Emailing and calling prospects to interest them in the Zenkraft ShipMate Solution
Scheduling meetings between prospects and Zenkraft Engagement Managers
Establishing contact with leads already in the Zenkraft CRM system
Supporting Zenkraft marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns
