Responsibilities

• Support supervisor with regular marketing tasks and event execution
• Assist in updating and maintaining content across social media, website, and newsletters
• Translate and localize brochures and marketing materials for the Hong Kong market
• Create simple visual assets for local campaigns and communications
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and information security standards

Requirements

• Year 3 or Year 4 undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic design or content tools is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, with strong writing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player
• Available to work at least 3 days per week
