Product Marketing Executive (Fixed-Term Contract)

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Product Marketing Executive to join our Product Marketing team on a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role you will drive the growth of our products through ideation, strategy formulation, and collaborative execution of acquisition and retention campaigns.

Main responsibilities :

• Develop and innovate strategies on how to market and increase adoption of both new and existing trading products
• Ensure strategies align with the overall product objectives and the company vision
• Partner with various marketing sub-teams to design and roll out impactful acquisition, lifecycle, and retention campaigns
• Ensures strategies align with the overall product objectives and the Company’s vision
• Dive deep into campaign results and draw out key trends, successes, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with product owners to implement relevant marketing strategies
• Support sales and client-facing teams with product positioning and promotional materials
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to ensure product competitiveness and growth
• Relay findings to relevant marketing departments and suggest strategic shifts when necessary

Main requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 3 years of solid experience in Digital Product Marketing. Experience in financial services or online trading will be considered an advantage
• Working experience with user behaviour tools, like GA4, FullStory and AppsFlyer
• Proven ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
• In-depth grasp of customer behaviour, market nuances, and industry shifts
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling benefits
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
