This position requires the ability to think analytically, be a self-starter, work collaboratively and have the right alchemic balance between creative and technical skills. Reporting directly to the Director Global Demand Generation, you will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to execute quality marketing campaigns to grow the volume of qualified leads and generate sales pipeline. Experience with Salesforce and Marketo are required, but comparable CRM, ERM and automation tools can be substituted in the event that you demonstrate proficiency in best-of-breed automation processes and demand generation campaign strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify opportunities and create automated programs that nurture prospects through the marketing and sales funnel and deliver more qualified leads to sales.
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution for vertical and product and custom “named” marketing campaigns.
Establish metrics and KPIs to track and optimize campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and owned campaign success.
Assist in developing and managing quarterly campaign roadmaps including email, landing pages, events, advertising, contests, nurture streams, and lead scoring.
Manage assigned campaign budgets, vendors and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve an average pipeline contribution of $1M per month.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
3-5 years of experience in a marketing campaign management position, SaaS B2B software experience preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, graphics software (Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop), and HTML for website applications (WordPress and Drupal).
Marketo and Salesforce experience required.
Experience writing content for emails, nurture campaigns, and advertisements preferred.
Experience in assisting with event planning and execution preferred.
Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset.
Self-starter, possesses a high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker with the ability to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
