ReefCam is seeking experienced Marketing & Business Development professionals to grow with the company. This position will initially be based on both equity and commission with potential for acceptance as a co-founder and eventual salary. Success in this position has the potential to bring large commissions and a long-term top level management role in the company.

General areas of focus will be: generating press, online marketing campaigns, growing viewership & subscription base, licensing & distribution, selling advertising space, and growing strategic partnerships.

The position requires significant customer outreach including phone and in-person meetings. Candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups, managing relationships, and gaining introductions through a "cold call" mentality. The preferred candidate has experience in digital media but this is not a necessity.

Individual must be able to work 20 hours per week over the next several months. This position is intended to become a full-time salaried job in the next 6-12 months. Preferred candidate is in the DC metro area but this is not a necessity.
