We are group online dating service provider based in Tokyo and Foster City, CA. We have recently launched our service, funcrew.me and are trying to increase the visibility in the online dating space.

To expand our visibility, we would like to form an alliance with a freelance marketing specialist.
Since we are a small start up with few cash in pocket, we would rather pay high rate commission than paying fixed amount up front. We are thinking something like below.
What you need to do
- To create marketing plan and execute it.
- To get media coverage, social media visibility, or any other marketing push.
- We fully corporate with you for your marketing effort, but you are on your own to create and execute the plan. *The performance of your marketing effort will be measured by our system.
Compensation
- No starting or monthly fee.
- For the sales we make from a new user of first matching, we pay you 90% of commission (No maximum). Yes, you can earn 90% of all sales you achieve.
- Equity is negotiable. We are ready to increase it as you achieve higher.
Accountability
- We can give you read-only account of Google Analytics and our internal system, and provide you the data of our credit card company (all of our sales is made through credit card).
- You provide us the target media list of your effort.
