The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Retention & Trade Marketing, the Manager of Trade Marketing is primarily responsible for driving sales through Minted’s trade/B2B communities. The successful candidate will be strategic and efficient, creative and solutions-oriented, and have excellent relationship management skills.
You will:
- Co-manage Minted’s Interior Designer Trade Program, optimizing the platform and value proposition to drive designer acquisition and activation, with the ultimate goal of efficiently delivering sales for the fine art business
- Generate new leads and leverage existing relationships to drive sales
- Execute the marketing strategy to drive program goals, including email and social outreach, onboarding, and education
- Identify and size opportunities to deliver step-change sales impact and to scale the program
- Procure and deliver fine art recommendations for residential and commercial projects upon request
- Attend tradeshows and interface with key design partners (lunch & learns, in-person meetings) in support of acquisition and activation goals
- Act as an ambassador for the Minted brand and as an advocate for program designers, nurturing relationships and understanding the needs/priorities of this community to inform recommendations for improving the program experience
- Own reporting and maintain budget for program
- Co-manage Trade Associate on execution of the program to provide best-in-class service and partnership to our interior designer community
You are:

You have:
- Undergraduate degree required
- 7-10+ years of combined interior design industry experience and B2B sales & marketing
- Proven track record of driving ROI-positive marketing initiatives and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Possess a refined aesthetic sensibility and a discerning eye for high-end interior design and art curation
- High EQ and great communication/relationship management skills – ability to represent the Minted brand and fine art product line to external audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and those not directly under management
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Minted utilizes a market-based compensation model with four geographic tiers. Final compensation is determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, defined as their residence within 60 miles of a metropolitan area:
Geo 2: Boston, MA; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Portland, OR – $102,272 – $134,232
Geo 3: All other U. S. metro locations – $93,850 -$123,178
Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.
This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
