Manager, Mid-Market Sales – New York, New York

As a Mid-Market Sales Manager you will enable the success of our existing Account Executives supporting a predominantly inbound sales motion across our SMB and lower MM base and play a major part in building the future of the Mid Market sales team. We’ve witnessed rapid growth in our customer base and a huge part of this is due to a team of highly successful and ambitious Account Executives. We are looking for someone to lead one of the most successful segments of our sales org while working with the rest of our sales leadership team to accelerate growth.
What you’ll do

    • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of successful Account Executives.
    • Coach and enable your team of Account Executives.
    • Manage inbound strategy and have operational responsibility for your business segment.
    • Define and deliver metrics for success to the sales leadership team.
    • Drive strong cadences and rigor that drives efficiency and pace in a high volume environment.
    • Support Account Executives by sitting in on prospective client meetings + calls.
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback and support in the development of top of funnel strategies that drive a digital sales organisation.
    • Develop a plan for focusing this team (territories, marketing plan, etc)
What you’ll need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 3+ years of sales management experience with a focus on both SMB and mid-market accounts.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of an inside sales motion, working with trend analytics and volume based motions
    • Strong understanding of the digital experience analytics industry is preferred
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
$150,000 – $170,000 a year
Compensation Range: $150,000 -170,000 plus bonus or commission
