Overview
In this position you will be responsible for managing Nielsen’s Ad Intel employees based in Hamburg and Warsaw. Qualified candidates should have experience managing teams and some knowledge of the media and advertising industry. The position has a flextime work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Personnel responsibility for team members
- Personnel management and people development
- Product development and improvement
- Quality control and improvement
- KPI Tracking and increasing of efficiency
- Planning and organization of workflow
- Collaboration with international teams
Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of the German advertising and media market
- Experience in people leadership
- Very good communication skills
- Motivational skills and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic market
- Google Tools are the basis of work (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
