The Sales and Customer Representative job is ideal for a driven and sales aggressive individual who is confident in his/her abilities to close deals.

Responsibilities: Build and grow our customer network Turn prospective customers into active customers Contact active and prospective customers to promote and explain services Answer customers’ questions about services, quotes, availability, credit terms, etc. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following provided leads, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and/or conferences Help in arranging schedule for shipments Help in negotiating rates with carriers/sign up new carriers Perform miscellaneous duties as needed

Required Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales and Customer Relations High knowledge of the Freight Broker/Truck Logistics industry Willing to travel to customer sites Willing to work from home for the majority of your time

Required Skills: Strong communication skills and rapport building Service-oriented mindset Ability to ask leading questions to uncover "pains" and "emotions" for customer Willing to work with a growing start up company

Bilingual a big plus Internship negotiable for commissions (based on experience)
