Scheduled to open in early summer 2026, Blue Bottle Coffee will be launching a new café near Kamakura Station. Just steps away from the lively streets of Kamakura, the shop will offer a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
As a Blue Bottle Coffee barista, you will work closely with the store manager to lead an outstanding hospitality culture, build a strong team, promote sustainable business practices, oversee store operations, set standards, and continuously propose improvements that help bring Blue Bottle Coffee’s vision to life.
As a role model for other baristas, you will serve delicious coffee and work as part of the café’s leadership team to enhance daily operations.
*Please note that depending on the selection process and store operations, you may be asked to train or work at a nearby café. Until the new shop opens, you will work at an existing store within commuting distance. Your final assignment will be determined by the company.*
