We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales team. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in technology companies, capable of operating in complex B2B environments and supporting both national and international sales teams across multiple fronts.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and coordination of global sales proposals and go-to-market initiatives
Clearly and effectively communicate sales strategies to the executive leadership team
Track, consolidate, and report on sales performance and outcomes
Collaborate on the creation and review of complex commercial proposals
Connect and articulate sales opportunities across different business units and regions
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and trends
Foster a collaborative environment within the sales team and across departments
Requirements:
Strong experience working in technology companies, with a solid track record in B2B sales
Advanced English fluency, suitable for international interactions
Proven experience in senior sales management and client relationship development
Solid experience designing and executing commercial strategies
Hands-on experience building and presenting complex commercial proposals
Strong market analysis skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
Experience managing or supporting sales teams, with a collaborative and cross-functional approach
Familiarity with B2B sales processes, preferably in technology or digital services
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to executive audiences
Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools
Nice to have: Practical knowledge of GenAI and CI&T Flow; experience with consulting or professional services models
