At Apptegy, you’ll lead our Content Migration team, ensuring seamless content transitions for schools while enhancing their website design. This role combines hands-on migration expertise with team leadership, fostering a positive and results-driven environment. As a working lead, you will also actively participate in content migration tasks or jump in to assist the team directly where needed, ensuring project momentum and providing hands-on support.
What You’ll Do:
As a Content Migration Team Lead, you will:
Lead Content Migration:
– Oversee content migration from old platforms to Apptegy’s CMS, improving website presentation and user experience.
– Manage content tracking via spreadsheets and apply HTML for layout refinement.
– Ensure high-quality standards and drive process efficiency.
Coach & Develop Team:
– Provide regular coaching and feedback to support individual and peer growth.
– Identify strengths, encourage collaboration, and maintain high performance expectations.
– Address team barriers and partner with HR on performance challenges.
Drive Accountability & Adaptability:
– Ensure team accountability for goals and outcomes, celebrating successes and addressing underperformance.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and resilience to change.seek and apply feedback, embracing new ways of working.
Champion Client Needs:
– Understand client needs and industry pain points, demonstrating how Apptegy creates value.
